Registration Transfer
We understand life happens! We're happy to help you transfer a registration for a $10 transfer fee, but both the fee and the necessary information must be received at least 12 hours before the training start time.*
You can transfer the registration to another person and/or to another date.
1. Same date, different person. To transfer the registration to a new person, provide the name and email of the original person and also the name and email of the new person.
2. Same person, different date. To transfer the registration to a different training date, provide the attendee's name and email, plus the original training date and the new training date. Our list of dates is here.
3. Different person and different date. To change both the person and the date, please provide: (a) the name and email of the original person; (b) the name and email of the new person; (c) the original training date and the new training date. Our list of dates is here.
Please be aware-- and inform anyone you are registering-- of the details and policies related to our open webinars, including the zoom link, books. certificates, handouts, cancellation/refund policy, no-shows, and all the rest. All of this information is in the description of each training here. And some key points are below.
Refunds. Sorry, no refunds-- think of it like a ticket to a rock concert; if you don’t show, Taylor Swift won’t refund you. But we want you to be happy! So we do offer this transfer option if completed in advance (per the instructions above).
No-shows. If someone no-shows the event for any reason or attends late, we can offer a future webinar at half the usual cost. Email us the receipt or other registration information, and we'll email a link for the half price. Be sure to let us know the future training date and name/email of the person who was registered.
Questions or problems. We want to help! Email is best and gets the quickest reply-- contact [email protected]. You can use 617-299-1640 for text or phone but 99% of issues are resolved by email as we need to look up your information. Also please don’t wait til the last minute as you may not be able to access the full training.
*If you need to do a transfer less than 12 hours ahead we will try to help you as best we can (we're really nice people!) but keep in mind you may be delayed getting into the training and/or it may not be successful if you don't send all of the needed information.
