Materials cannot be returned for refund. Exchange is only possible as follows. Thanks for understanding.
(a) If an item arrives damaged or defective and you notify us within 15 days of its arrival
(firstname.lastname@example.org), we will replace it at our expense, including the shipping cost. We may ask you to return the damaged/defective item before we send the new one, and would give you mailing instructions. Please be sure to retain all of the original shipping packaging as we will need it to do a claim with USPS (hold onto it until you get instructions not to; a photo of it is not sufficient; USPS requires the actual packaging in some cases).
(b) If you made an error by ordering an incorrect item, we will be happy to exchange it for a different item at the same or greater cost if you pay the shipping cost in both directions (returning the incorrect item and the new outbound shipping for the correct item), plus a $10 handling fee (it is $10 for any number of items that you are exchanging at the same time, not $10 per item). For this type of exchange, you will need to obtain a return authorization number before you ship it back (email email@example.com).
(c) If you order Seeking Safety Training DVDs and any become worn out or broken, you can send them back to us and obtain new copies of the same titles for 35% of their current cost. You would need to first email firstname.lastname@example.org for mailing instructions and return the damaged DVDs at your own expense. We will then send the new ones (with media-rate shipping at our expense).
