Return / exchange policy
(a) Sorry but we don't offer refunds.
(b) If we sent an incorrect item, or if an item arrives damaged or defective and you notify us within 2 weeks of its delivery date, we will replace it at our expense, including the shipping cost. We may ask you to return the item before we send the new one, and would give you mailing instructions. Please be sure to retain all of the original shipping packaging as we will need it to do a claim with USPS (hold onto it until you get instructions not to; a photo of it is not sufficient; USPS requires the actual packaging in some cases).
(c) If you made an error by ordering an incorrect item, you can exchange it for anything we offer (including signing up for any of our webinar trainings).You would need to pay the shipping cost in both directions (returning the incorrect item and the new outbound shipping for the correct item). Depending on the item we may assess a small handling fee. You can also obtain a credit if desired to spend down in the future. For this type of exchange, you will need to obtain our return authorization approval via email before you ship it back.
(d) If you order Seeking Safety Training DVDs and any become worn out or broken, you can send them back to us and obtain new copies of the same titles for 35% of their current cost. You would need to first email [email protected] for mailing instructions and return the damaged DVDs at your own expense. We will then send the new ones (with media-rate shipping at our expense).
