Free weekly drop-in Seeking Safety group led by Lisa Najavits
(in person only- Watertown, MA

This is a pilot project where we are trying to see how it works to provide this in the community (much like Alcoholics Anonymous is a free drop-in option).

The group will be conducted by Lisa Najavits, PhD, author of Seeking Safety and a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts with over 30 years experience.

We will have up to 12 people and will meet weekly Wednesdays 530p-630p ET starting 7/31/2024 in person only at the Watertown Public Library, 123 Main Street, Watertown, MA 02472 (no Zoom or phone). Anyone can attend.
