Lori Ann Eldridge, PhD, LRT, CTRS
Dr. Eldridge is an assistant professor at East Carolina University, North Carolina. She is a public health implementation scientist specializing in substance use. Her research is dedicated to examining the accessibility of prevention, treatment, and harm reduction services for substance use in rural and underserved communities, specifically for people with disabilities.

Robert Fletcher, DSW
Dr. Fletcher was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer Emeritus of the National Association of the Dually Diagnosed. He has dedicated my professional career to improving the lives of individuals who have a dual diagnosis of mental illness and intellectual / developmental disabilities / autism. He has written numerous articles and written or co-edited 16 books on mental health care in persons with IDD, and is chief editor of the Diagnostic Manual - Intellectual Disability: A Textbook of Diagnosis of Mental Disorders in Persons with an Intellectual Disability.

Dr. Najavits is adjunct professor, University of Massachusetts Medical School and director of Treatment Innovations. She was on the faculty of Harvard Medical School for 25 years and a research psychologist at Veterans Affairs Boston for 12 years. Her major areas of work are addiction, trauma, development of new treatment models, and clinical trials research. She is author of numerous professional publications, four books, and has received various professional awards. She is a practicing clinical psychologist.
