The Seeking Safety card deck is available in Spanish as well as English. Please note the Spanish is on back order, which means if you order it now, you will receive it around early June.
The Spanish card deck is identical to the English version and was professionally translated. It is intended for North, South, and Central Americas but can also be used in Spain.
It can be used as a game or to help remember the skills. It has 112 cards: 84 safe coping skills, 24 quotations, and 3 exercises. An ideas card offers various ways to play the game for groups and/or individuals. You can also make up your own games. The cards are professionally designed, with each type of card color coded (peach = relationship skills, blue = action skills, purple = quotations, etc.). The cards offer a fun way to learn and practice the ideas from Seeking Safety, and can be used with both adults and adolescents. The cards are the size of standard playing cards [3.5 x 2.5 inches].
