Card Deck of Safe Coping Skills - 112 cards; can play as game
The Seeking Safety card deck can be used as a game or to help remember the skills. It has 112 cards: 84 safe coping skills, 24 quotations, and 3 exercises. An ideas card offers various ways to play the game for groups and/or individuals. You can also make up your own games. The cards are professionally designed, with each type of card color coded (peach = relationship skills, blue = action skills, purple = quotations, etc.). The cards offer a fun way to learn and practice the ideas from Seeking Safety, and can be used with both adults and adolescents. The cards are the size of standard playing cards [3.5 x 2.5 inches] and is a double deck [104 cards].
