There are no widely available, free drop-in groups for trauma or trauma and addiction together. Our goal is to provide help.

For current group members
Members can verify the schedule of meeting dates here.
- We offer a free Seeking Safety Zoom group every Wednesday 6p-7p Eastern Time; people can join anytime for 6 free sessions (and if we have space we extend to more sessions per person).
- This group is for anyone with current trauma, addiction or mental health issues but is is not for providers and is not a training.
- The group is free and nothing is being sold; this is a public health outreach effort by our team.
- Interested? Fill out this brief form. If you know someone else who may be interested, please have that person fill it out. Allow up to a week for a reply.
- Download the post below to share on social media, with colleagues, or any other way to spread the word.
- We warmly welcome volunteer peer leaders for this project; if you're interested, read this.
- For now we will focus on adults but may expand to family support and adolescents, and specialty groups.
