Help us help others - volunteer as a co-leader - seeking safety online
Are you interested in co-leading a 1 hour weekly online zoom Seeking Safety group? We would be happy to hear from you!
We have an ongoing peer-led Seeking Safety group online as a public health effort to offer help to anyone with mental health issues (especially trauma and/or addiction). It is fully voluteer run and is supervised by Lisa Najavits, PhD, author of Seeking Safety and a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts with over 35 years experience.
This is a volunteer opportunity (unpaid). But it pays back in meaningful ways: helping others, personal growth.
